The following application is for students who are currently in their junior year at UNC and who are interested in applying to the Bachelor’s to MPH in Environment, Climate and Health. Note that this application does not substitute for the formal application through the UNC Graduate School that you will need to complete during your senior year to be considered for official admission into the MPH program. However, if you are pre-admitted you will be allowed to enroll in the core MPH coursework as an undergraduate.

Economic, political and social factors contribute to differences in health outcomes within and between countries. How will you apply your public health training to address these factors in order to reduce variability in health outcomes?
